Imperial Claims are an independant insurance claims management company with substantial experience in dealing with insurance claims for both clients and residential individuals. We help clients who have suffered from insurance coverage perils relating to building and/or contents: fire; flood; storm damage; theft; loss; impact damage; contents; building interruption and so forth.
Additionally, if a client has had a claim refused within the last 6 years we can review cases and provide an appeals service in such cases. Commonly, we are known as Loss Assessors. We work with the Insured policyholders: Brokers; insurers; loss adjusters; surveyors etc.
Over the years we’ve refined our service to create a win-win situation. We’ve progressed the service from not only looking after our own existing clients, but also to offer the service to other landlords and home homeowners, letting agents, insurance brokers and surveyors whether residential or commercial and to anywhere throughout Great Britain

What do you need to be successful as an Imperial Claims Franchisee?
The Earnings Potential
The below table illustrates the earnings one can expect owning an Imperial Claims franchise. The numbers depend on a number of factors: how hard you work, the time you put in. It’s no different to anything else but you’ll soon be surprised at how the numbers soon stack up.
The expectations are projections and intended as an estimate, rather than a guarantee of individual earnings.
- In the first full year, there will only be 6 successful claims at a settlement value of only £20,000
- In the second year, there will only be 10 successful claims at the same value
- In the third year, there will only be 15 successful claims at the same value
That means, an assumption of:
Year 1: One claim every 2 months and this is incredibly realistic, if not extremely low!
Year 2: Less than 1 claim every month and again, a very very low benchmark
Year 3: Just over 1 claim every month, easy!
Plus, the income potential based upon the above very low sales figures is based upon an assumption of a settlement value per claim of only £20,000. Again, an incredibly low and very achievable figure. Assuming a settlement of only £20,000 plus vat, then for each claim:
Claims handling company earns 15% of the gross value = £3,000 + VAT
Maintenance company (based upon an in-house team) should earn £7,500 clear per claim, if not up to £10,000. Figures below are simply based upon £7,500 per claim.
