Kare Plus wins Best Franchise award
For many, 2019 has been a year of challenges and change, it has also been a year of growth, development and evolution for the Kare Plus network. With the addition of a new franchise model, a number of key appointments within head office and the adoption of a new in-house IT and support system, there has been a lot to talk about in the past twelve months. The culmination of this action packed year happened last week, when two members of the Kare Plus team accepted the 2019 Best Franchise Award for Continuous Improvement.
The event took place at The Marriott Hotel in Leicester during the Best Franchise Conference 2019. The awards celebrated excellence in the franchise industry across a number of different sectors, through numerous award categories. What makes the Best Franchise Awards so special and so significant to the team at Kare Plus is that the results are based on franchise owner feedback, which is gathered through a Work Buzz survey.
As mentioned above, the award for Continuous Improvement was based on the results of a franchisee survey, showing that the continued efforts to evolve and develop the Kare Plus brand have been recognised by those who matter most – our franchise network!
We recognise that we still have a long way to go to improve our model further and recently, we have taken some bold and exciting decisions to take the business to the next level for the short and long-term future. We will continue to work with our franchise network on an ongoing basis to improve the franchise offering for existing and new franchise owners alike, ensuring the tools, processes and support systems in place are the best available to our network of franchise owners.
It remains our mission to be the best in our field, “Delivering outstanding nursing, care and support to local communities, nationally” and we will continue to strive to achieve this: 2020 and beyond looks to be exceptional for Kare Plus.
Group Director of Quality & Development, Yvonne Tomlinson (picture above) attended the event alongside our Director of Regulated Services, Darren Guy who both accepted the award on behalf of the Kare Plus team.
“This award is a reflection of our team’s continued hard work and their commitment to working with the franchise network to improve not only the support but also the franchise model.
“The future of Kare Plus and Homecare by Kare Plus is exciting, and this recognition is just one part of our 30 year story, the best of which is yet to come.”
