The magic of Disney has triumphed again with a franchise theatre school set to return to Disneyland® Paris but this time with well over 1,000 people to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
As Razzamataz turns 20 in 2020, the company looks back at one of the biggest highlights for theatre school owners, staff, students and their families. In 2017, the franchise theatre school organised a large-scale event for students to perform at the iconic venue of Disneyland® Paris in a special showcase performance called Razzamagique.
Razzamataz Theatre Schools has once again partnered with Take Us 2 The Magic Ltd to offer another fabulous opportunity after the amazing event in 2017. The Dragons’ Den backed theatre school was flooded with messages after the event that offered a unique chance to perform combined with a brilliant holiday.
“It has been a magical and wonderful experience which has exceeded all of our expectations by a mile,” says Andrew Govier, parent of Razzamataz Medway student Ruby. “We were truly transported into a fantasy world of mystery and wonder watching our daughter perform in the pre-parade. The seamless process of Take Us 2 The Magic Ltd has added to our wonderful holiday experience. This has been a dream come true for our daughter, when she finished the parade she said, wow, that was like a dream.”
The 2020 event will once again be a unique opportunity for students to perform at the iconic venue and enjoy a dream holiday and this time, there are further magical memories to be made. New for 2020 will be an incredible performance opportunity, where students will sing as part of a Disney cast in Disney’s new ‘Let’s Sing Christmas’ show in the Disneyland Park.
The icing on the cake for the whole experience will likely be performing in the iconic Disney Performing Arts® Pre-Parade down Main Street USA®. This was a particular highlight in the 2017 experience, where the students performed just before the official Disney parade with their own song, which was especially written for the memorable event.
Claire Blower, Principal from Razzamataz Mansfield says: “Being part of such a fabulous show was just amazing and as for the parade, well I was a wreck! I couldn’t contain myself, it was just magical. I’m so proud to be part of such a fabulous network and be able to offer these amazing opportunities to my students.”
The highlight of the experience will be watching the students showcase their talents in a stunning new state of the art theatre venue as part of Razzamataz’s 20th Birthday show. Students will get to perform some of the most classic Disney pieces in an unbeatable setting.
The whole family will be able to get into the Disney spirit and enjoy all the park has to offer including seasonal shows and attractions, action packed rides and a magical Disney Character Breakfast with family and friends.
Being part of a successful franchise network allows Principals the chance to offer students these amazing opportunities. Razzamataz prides itself on creating special memories for the whole family and this experience is just one of a number that are planned for the foreseeable future.
