Ovenclean Celebrates Fantastic Growth in Customer Enquiries
Ovenclean is celebrating continued fantastic growth in customer enquiries compared to pre-pandemic levels, with a 30% increase in the number of leads generated for franchisees year-to-date vs the same period in 2019.
This growth equates to an average of £3-4k worth of customer enquiries per franchisee per month, which is certainly keeping their nationwide network very busy!
This is even more impressive given that last year (2021) was the busiest year ever for the 27-year-old brand, showing that Ovenclean has been enjoying strong growth pre, during and post the pandemic!
An increased investment in social media and digital marketing activity, not to mention branding overhaul in early 2021, have together really helped elevate brand awareness, as well as generating those all-important leads for the network.
Ovenclean’s Group Marketing Manager Rebecca de Chair comments: “We’re delighted to be able to celebrate such fantastic results for our franchisees, especially given the wider economic climate at the moment. This success is testament to the hard work and professionalism of our network, many of whom have been with Ovenclean 10+ years now.
“Our customers are so delighted when they’ve experienced our service, that invariably they book their next clean there and then, as well as recommending us to friends and family. This enables our franchisees to quickly grow a ‘milk-round’ of regular, repeat customers, with money coming in from day one!
“And we won’t stop building on their great work. Our national advertising, including TV and digital campaigns, is focused on continuing to drive those customer enquiries, so our network can delight as many people as possible with their astonishing service, helping us to maintain that coveted 5* rating on Trustpilot.”
Launched in 1994, the Ovenclean network currently stands at over 100 franchisees operating across the UK. Ovenclean franchisees clean all domestic oven brands and models, including electric ovens, gas ovens, ranges, microwaves, hobs, extractor fans and also barbecues.
