Absolute Care Services was launched by Della Smith in 2002 after her experiences caring for her own daughter at home while she was fighting health battles. Della gave up her job to care for her daughter and this led to her starting Absolute Care Services with a mission to change the way the care system operates and put people with needs before bureaucracy to help adults keep living in their own homes or supported living schemes. The company has been providing adult care and support ever since and now has carefully selected franchises around the country which share the same philosophy when it comes to care. It is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and strives to provide clients with the best possible service.
Absolute Care Services has a team of empathetic and professional support staff who visit the home of a new customer and put together a bespoke care package tailored to their individual needs and budget. This could involve anything from regular 30 minute visits right up to 24-hour care, all in the comfort of a client’s own home.
The clients that Absolute Care Services supports includes those with physical disabilities, learning difficulties or challenging behaviour, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia and the elderly. The services that the team of well-trained staff can provide include drug and alcohol dependency support, respite care, supported living, meal preparation, shopping assistance and personal care.
