Become a Probate Associate

To become a Probate Associate also means you can also assist your clients family. To complete this training you can simply log onto our two training webinars at just an hour each with the self-test. There is no examination attached to this; with Probate cases there is very little work for the Associate to perform: whilst you will act as the client contact and gather the information of the estate, our Probate Department will carry out all the administration work for you, including obtaining the Grant of Probate.

The main role of a probate associate is to act as a Client contact and to gather information for the PID A form. Once this has been submitted to our head office, the Probate Team can provide a quote within 2 working days. The associate then adds their fee on top of this and communicates the quote to the client. If accepted, then PID B form would then be completed and submitted to our Probate Team. After this initial stage, the majority of the administration is completed by our probate department. Our probate team have a combined experience of over 20 years in this industry.
