Baguette Express initially began as a highly successful business venture between two brothers, Robin and Billy Stenhouse, before blossoming into the fast-growing franchise juggernaut it is today. After having purchased their 7th outlet, and truly establishing their bona fides in the sandwich industry, the two brothers realised that in order to grow their business further they needed a new model.
This led to the development of their franchise model, something which underpins their current business endeavours and enables all their franchises to experience the same kind of success as those initial stores. In fact, the model is founded on the same concepts that those outlets were. Those being a simple one price fits all approach to their sandwiches, and an emphasis on small town markets with populations of up to 20,000. They are also committed to constant improvement and refinement of their approach, something which is reflected in their state of the art till system which gives them remote access to a wealth of vital data from across all their stores. They will also ensure that any franchisee is well trained and fully prepared to handle this and many other aspects of a Baguette Express operation, such as stock control, financial management and product preparation.
