For the domestic market they specialise in cleaner and domestic home help that can be hired on a one off basis or more regularly, dependent on the need of the client. More than ‘just a cleaner’, however, Broomhill Concierge agents will also carry out other domestic tasks such as ironing, laundry, general spring cleaning, running some errands (such as collecting prescriptions) and even basic cooking making them perfect for those with limited mobility or who might be recovering from a hospital visit.
Broomhill Concierge also help in the independent living sector meaning that those who want to continue living in their own homes when they are elderly or disabled are able to for as long as possible. This can start with home visits for companionship or could even be a phone call made at regular intervals so that the client has someone to talk to. Broomhill Concierge also offers a ‘sales appointment buddy’ so that if the client is nervous about having someone come to their home on a sales call there will be somewhere there to help them and ensure they are not taken advantage of.
Other services include an appointment companion (for doctor’s appointments etc) and holiday companion.
