Owned by Jerome Timbrell, C2 Safety prides itself on the personal service that it offers to its clients and has developed a reputation for customer satisfaction. The C2 Safety Team is approachable, professional and NEBOSH qualified, not a just a call centre. Each client is given their own dedicated Safety Advisor who will work with them in partnership to make sure the company stays within the relevant laws and guidelines. All proposals are sanity checked in terms of the risks presented and costs incurred for correcting the issues. The company received the ISO 9001 accreditation in 2016.
C2 Safety is different from other companies offering safety advice because it provides clients with a local Safety Advisor rather than just a voice on a helpline and doesn’t tie clients into a long contract. The Safety Advisors create bespoke policies for each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
