Want to make a real difference to the lives of people? Become a Family Law Specialist with the market leaders in `non legal’ legal support as a business owner with Family Law Assistance!
We are not solicitors.
Instead, we are the only alternative to anyone dealing with a family break up, divorce, child contact or finance dispute.
Our role is challenging and rewarding. We are the arm around the shoulder, the guiding hand and the quiet voice in the ear of our clients – who are dealing with one of the most troubling times of their lives. Our help is in the court room and outside it too. We will help them prepare paperwork, deal with correspondence, helping during cases and much more.
But that’s not the whole story.
What do we do?
We understand that a large part of what we do has nothing to do with the law, the legal system or anything like that. A large part of it relies on empathy, understanding, reframing situations and helping people deal with the emotional side of going through a divorce or separation, making arrangements for your children or sorting out finances. It’s a huge part of the equation – but something legal professional don’t deal with.
Our team members don’t do the same thing as a solicitor – it’s chalk and cheese. And because of this we’re looking for people cut from a different cloth. Which is why no legal background is required.
This is where we (and you?) come in. We’re looking for people across England and Wales to join our already vibrant team.
Why be a part of it?
Join us and you’ll benefit from:
Who are we?
Family Law Assistance started as a part time business helping people in courts around the country – with clients around the UK and beyond who had chosen to represent themselves in court. Our founders applied their backgrounds in corporate environments to develop systems to deal with the problems litigants experienced in the family court system and later trained as coaches to help people deal with the emotional side of things. As they grew busier they expanded the team and created a franchise.
What happens when you join the team?
When you become a Family Law Assistance Specialist you’ll be working from home, using your computer and telephone to conduct online consultations and assist with paperwork, form filling, correspondence.
You’ll also attend court hearings – either in person or remotely. All the while our Head Office will be on hand to help you grow your business and knowledge where needed.
How it works
How much or how little work you take on is entirely up to you. You can choose which days you are free to work by simply blocking out your diary that you’re unavailable. Our system also means that if you’re unavailable when one of your clients needs assistance someone else will be on hand to deliver the same quality of service you do. And if you choose to specialise in a particular area our office will help you achieve that too.
The fee for this investment is £10,000. With this opportunity, you get a 6 week intensive training course to cover all aspects of Family Law with a year’s annual licence fee included in the franchise fee.
After that the annual licence fee is just £1,000. Commission payable to Family Law Assistance is 10% of sales (or 20% for clients we’ve passed to you).
