The FCL Way focuses the core English and Mathematics skills needed for school-aged students by individualising learning to suit the learning profile of the child. Taking the pressure of learning as much as possible away, FCL engenders a personalised approach working at the pupils pace. Any shortfall of knowledge is picked up in the homework set by the tutor. Tutors are pupil-focused and actively encourage students to master any problems through shared experience and 1:1 support. After a short assessment, new enrollees are screened for learning difficulties and given access to their learning plan.
