Established in 2003, Hartbeeps offers developmental baby classes, toddler classes and pre-school classes, as well as educational sessions, stay and play with baby discos and children’s parties. All classes have a unique soundtrack of original, age-appropriate songs, nursery rhymes and lullabies curated from their own record label back catalogue.
The classes are award-winning and cater for every stage of a child’s early years development – from pre-birth to primary school – enhancing and complimenting their journey. By creating innovative, multi-sensory and highly interactive programs Hartbeeps have developed a unique blend of music classes and mini productions which challenge the very definition of what a baby and toddler group activity is.
Transforming normal everyday environments into visually impressive, tactile ‘wonderlands’ encourages the children to explore their imaginations, develop social skills and experience learning in a fun situation. Using state-of-the-art equipment, practices and techniques with a vast array of multi-sensory tools allows the creation of highly original, uniquely specialised experiences that shape the ongoing development of children’s minds.
Establishing rhythm as an important educational principle is core to how Hartbeeps creates its programs. Using sound scientific knowledge of the relationship between rhythm and brain organisation aids children’s development by engaging both hemispheres through a combination of rhythm recognition and associated movement. Play is also a cornerstone of Hartbeeps practice and aim to make all aspects of play child-initiated, fun and educational.
