Established in 2008 by Glenn and Sally Pickersgill, Heritage Healthcare has grown into a nationally recognised brand with over 20 sites across the country. The Pickersgill family have owned and run care homes for three generations – 63 years – and central to that experience is putting the focus of care on the service users.

In order to maintain these standards, all staff have to meet with industry-wide DBS checks and undertake in-house training to enhance their skillsets. Staff are identified by uniform and identification badges for added security and peace of mind.
There are a range of services on offer from Heritage Healthcare within Home Care. After conversations regarding the level of care required, a personal plan is implemented to cover essential care needs: personal hygiene, assistance with dressing, incontinence, medication management, health and safety, and nutritional needs. Household and domestic cores can also be managed along with companionship and socialisation. If required, live-in care can be arranged.
