Founded in 1983 by the late Neville Lee as a single branch agency, Leaders Estate Agents has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent residential property groups. Neville Lee went on to be awarded an OBE for his work on improving the property industry. Today it has more than 120 branches around the UK specialising in lettings, sales, buy-to-let and investment finance.

Since 2016 Leaders has joined forces with Romans Estate Agents to form the Leaders Roman Group to offer clients an enhanced service which includes mortgage advice and auctions. Current managing director Allison Thompson has worked her way up from being an administrator when she first joined Leaders in 1992 so she knows the business inside out.
