Sport is hugely beneficial to a child’s physical, emotional and mental well-being and development which is why Rugrats Kids Rugby appeals – it focuses on each aspect of a child’s educational needs, ensuring that they understand each element through the game of rugby.
Since this is a specially designed non-contact type of game, even younger children (including toddlers) can enjoy the classes and get something out of them. There is a strong emphasis on creating a fun yet safe environment that meets every child’s needs.
Some portions of the class are ‘free’ learning where a child is able to experiment in their own way through kicking a ball, running, scoring tries and more. Each class will have an overall focus on one element of their learning including social skills, physical coordination and psychological attributes. Children will learn how to work in a team and alone, ensuring that they can take all of the lessons from Rugrats Rugby through with them to school and beyond.
Rugrats Rugby is specifically for boys and girls aged from 2 to 7. Working in age appropriate groups children will learn, grow and have fun at the same time as staying physically active and healthy.
