Senior Helpers is a home care company which was set up in the United States by Tony Bonacuse and Peter Ross. Based on experiences of care that their own elderly family members received, Tony and Peter set out to create a company that would provide care with professionalism. The first office was opened in Baltimore, Maryland, in 2002 and since then Senior Helpers has grown into an international success.
The services provided by Senior Helpers include companion care, personal care, live-in care, peace of mind visits and respite care. Caregivers will help with anything from companionship and meal planning to housekeeping, laundry and activities of daily life.
Everything that the Senior Helpers team does is to ensure a better quality of life for elderly clients and their families and they do this by providing a service clients can depend on, continuity of caregivers, peace of mind for the family and supporting independent living in the client’s own home.
The Senior Helpers team will always be professional throughout their dealings with a client. After the first contact has been made, an initial assessment is set up at the client’s home to find out the client’s needs and design a bespoke care plan. The most appropriate caregiver will be matched up with the client and they can rely on continuity in terms of the caregiver.
