The Flamin’ Chicken was the childhood dream of Carlos Sheibani. As a boy he worked part time at KFC, dreaming of owning his own restaurant chain. At the age of 21, Carlos became a store manager and used that wealth of experience to set up The Flamin’ Chicken.
By the time the first franchise opened in 2014, there were Flamin’ Chickens in Birmingham and the North West of England. Earlier this year, the Flamin’ Chicken opened a branch in Dubai. The company directs all its operations from its head office in Sale, Greater Manchester. Franchisees receive most of their training in store in Manchester. This includes food and hygiene certification and training from A to Z.
The Flamin’ Chicken believes in accessing the freshest ingredients to create their dishes. They use a secret family recipe of West African spices to flavour their chicken and they also have a peri peri range. The design of their outlets is welcoming and stylish, with polished steel, wood and glass being the predominant ingredient. The Flamin’ Chicken offers a warm welcome to its customers and believes that and its excellent product and stylish venues, is what makes the franchise so successful.
