Certified by the America Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Westine completed his internship, as well as his residency, at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine and was fellowship-trained at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Westine, a native Floridian, is also the recipient of numerous honours and awards and is courtesy clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
