American Kiosk Corporation announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Zero’s Mr. Submarine Inc., has been approved by the SBA for listing on their Franchise Registry, effective July 24, 2006. This is a very significant event for Zero’s Subs as we continue to expand throughout the country. SBA loans are the primary lending vehicles for franchisees in the fast-food industry. Listing on their Registry will greatly improve the turn-around time with lenders throughout the country and enable us to get our franchisees open and operating their new Zero’s Subs in a more timely manner.
