Kwik Kopy Australia has announced the winner of its annual Franchise of the Year Award at a function in Melbourne. Kwik Kopy Knoxfield, owned by Mike Love and Wayne O’Neill, won the coveted Franchise of the Year Award, overcoming stiff competition from 106 other centres operating in Australia and New Zealand.
David Bell, managing director, Kwik Kopy Australia, said that while competition was strong, Kwik Kopy Knoxfield had excelled in a number of criteria. “The award is judged on a range of criteria including input into the Kwik Kopy Australia system. Kwik Kopy Knoxfield scored highly as they continue to go above and beyond the call of duty within the system,” Mr Bell said.
“The Centre recently played an integral role in organising a costing seminar for all Victorian owners. They regularly contribute ideas for our sales and marketing collateral and are part of the Kwik Kopy owners association,” he added.
Former geologists, Mike Love and Wayne O’Neill were thrilled to receive the award and believe it adds credibility to their business with both existing and potential clients. “The award means a great deal to us. We strive to continually improve our own performance within the system and this award is recognition of all our hard work.”
“Kwik Kopy is an established business with a good name and we haven’t looked back since we started five years ago. We are always looking for ways to improve our performance and it is satisfying to be rewarded for that. The award is a coup for our centre. We have eight loyal and hardworking staff and much of the credit also goes to them,” said O’Neill.
Kwik Kopy has 107 Centres operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.
