More Awards for Property Claims Franchisor
As a franchisor, offering territories within which franchisees can carve out rewarding loss assessing and property claims management careers, we are delighted to have scooped two more awards to add to our trophy cabinet at our Darwen headquarters in Lancashire.
We have just been awarded the Build Award, for Best Property Damage Insurance Claims Company in the UK, for the sixth year in a row, plus the Global 100 Award for Property Claims Management Company of the Year. Both will help us to further grow our brand.

Building our brand is really important to us as a franchisor, as we know it can often help our franchisees in the field build their businesses and benefit from the credibility that comes from such accolades.
The fact that these two recent awards follow on from significant industry recognition in 2019, is even more of a bonus for our professional, property focused franchisees. In the past year, Aspray was shortlisted in the British Claims Awards 2019 and was also a Finalist in the prestigious Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards and the Landlord Investment Show Awards.
Why Franchisor Awards Matter to Franchisees
As a franchisee, it is important to have a franchisor whose core proposition is a strong and valued one and awards provide the validity many consumers seek. Our awards are recognition of Aspray’s dedication to assisting insured property owners, both domestic and commercial, following property damage and when a property insurance claim is required. In this scenario, we act as the loss assessor, representing a client’s interest in the claim and negotiating the settlement with the insurer’s on-site representative, the loss adjuster.

Aspray’s franchisees also typically project manage the property reinstatement process from start to finish, using vetted contractors to carry out the necessary repairs and reinstating the property to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible. Here, awards give customers the confidence to place their trust in the brand’s service. Additionally, our franchisees have a major advantage, as there is no charge for the Aspray service, provided we can instruct and project manage the vetted contractors who complete the reinstatement works. All they need do is pay the insurer’s policy excess, which they agreed to when buying their insurance.
